Q: Do Remco pool cover systems eliminate the need for pool fences?
A: Right now in Australia pool cover systems do not replace the need for a security fence around your pool.

Q: Are cheaper "netting" pool covers also as effective as PoolGuard?
A: No! Netting products on the market are well known for their limited safety benefits. Should a child stray into the middle of the cover they will almost certainly become submerged due to the lack of tension at that point. Because PoolGuard pool covers have aluminium tubes spanning the width of the cover, the cover is just as strong in the centre as it is anywhere else on the cover.

Q: Can I have a Swimroll Automated Pool Cover System on a "wet edge" or "disappearing edge" pool?

Q: Why is Thermaguard better than a cheaper bubble blanket?
A: Thermaguard is a 3 layer 6mm thick cover. Thermaguard is made to last unlike bubble covers that generally need to be replaced every two years. Due to it’s durable form Thermaguard is also available as an automated system – something that a bubble will never offer!

Q: Why don’t Remco sell plastic rollers?
A: Remco Australia sells only high quality long lasting Stainless Steel Rollers. Whilst more expensive, they last a lifetime. Plastic Rollers, supplied by other manufacturers deteriorate very quickly in the harsh Australian climate.

Q: Do Remco offer preventative maintenance to their products?
A: YES!! Remco offer 7 day service 12 months of the year!
